I guarantee my work for 6 months – I want you to be able to trust the work that I do for you. If I have supplied a new clasp (or any other new part) and it fails, I will replace it. If your strand breaks and it isn’t the result of normal wear and tear, I will restring it at no charge. Please keep in mind that frequently worn pearl and beaded jewelry needs to be restrung from time to time.
This warranty does not cover breaks by unnatural means such as damage caused by accidental pulling on a strand. In the unlikely event that your restrung pearls get loose or the knots fray or come undone as a result of normal usage within 6 months I will gladly restring them for you.
